There are many key processes for effective Islamic governance. One of the key processes is leadership.

Participants will be equipped with up-to-date knowledge of leadership from an Islamic perspective, with cases from international and/or local contexts.

Participants will have a clear plan to develop leadership capability for themselves and their unit/department/organisation.
