Dr. Iznan Tarip

Consultant & Coach

Dr Iznan Tarip is a lecturer in Islamic Governance in Brunei. He obtained his doctorate from Lancaster University, UK, and is a certified leadership coach. Drawing upon extensive knowledge of Islamic governance, policy analysis, strategic management, leadership, organisational moral learning, management consultancy, and the spiritual heart, Dr Iznan aims to help others unlock their true potential in their personal and professional life.

Ms. Intan Kifrawi

Designer & Coach

Ms. Intan is a community leader and an entrepreneur. She holds a Master’s in Teaching and has been teaching at a higher institution for a decade, providing counseling, mentoring, and coaching services to help people realize their highest potential.

Fatimah Abu Sufian

Research Associate

Fatimah is a research associate at Sollu Consulting. She is a lifelong learner and community advocate. In her spare time, she supports the Brunei Red Crescent Society through various community initiatives. Fatimah holds a Master’s in Islamic Governance By Research from Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Her research interests include Islamic Governance, Maqāṣid al Sharī’ah, environmental policy, and societal environmental action within an Islamic context. She aspires to bring about positive change through research and knowledge exchange.
