There are many key processes for effective Islamic governance. One of the key processes is organizational moral learning, which requires learning on various levels of analysis to drive moral strategic renewal. Participants will be equipped with up-to-date knowledge of organizational moral learning, with practice cases from international and/or local contexts. After this course, participants can craft curriculums for their unit/department/organization.
