There are many key processes for effective Islamic governance. One of the key processes is leadership. Participants will be equipped with up-to-date knowledge of leadership from an Islamic perspective, with practice cases from international and/or local contexts. After the workshop, participants will have a clear plan to develop leadership capability for themselves and their unit/department/organisation.
